Workouts are designed with a progressive approach for all levels to prevent injury, maximize performance and train effectively. The class starts with a dynamic warm up followed by plyometric H.I.I.T style exercises and is continued to the end on the punching bags. byYou will need to have boxing gloves, hand wraps and a water bottle.
